01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and q7899 ("q7899", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the q7899 website at q7899.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and q7899.

q7899 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on q7899, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

• Single account: You may register only one account on q7899. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. q7899 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to close accounts where false or misleading information is discovered.
• Not self-excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order with q7899 or any other platform where you have requested not to be permitted to gamble.

You agree to provide any documentation requested — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method — within the timeframes stipulated by q7899. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities and may lead to account closure.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q7899 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. While 2FA is optional, q7899 strongly recommends it for all account holders.

• Log out of your account whenever you are using a shared or public device.
• Notify q7899 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

q7899 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified q7899 in advance of a suspected breach.

q7899 reserves the right to lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During a security lock, withdrawal facilities will be suspended. q7899 will contact you via your registered email address to resolve any security concerns.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

q7899 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. q7899 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time or near-real time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. q7899 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which q7899 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes are set out in the Payments section of the q7899 help centre.
• q7899 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where the source of funds requires clarification.
• In the event that a bonus is active on your account, withdrawal may be restricted until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

q7899 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited from an account or wallet that does not belong to the registered account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

q7899 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions timed to events such as the PSL, Asia Cup, and ICC World Cup.

All bonuses issued by q7899 are subject to the following general conditions unless more specific terms are stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from accounts.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on q7899 are governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within each individual game or market. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

Sports betting: All bets placed on the q7899 sportsbook are final once confirmed. q7899 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A manifest error in odds has occurred, including but not limited to human input errors, technical errors, or data feed failures.
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and cannot be completed within a timeframe defined in the specific sport rules.
• There is evidence of match fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations affecting the event.
• The bet was placed after the event or relevant period had already concluded, due to a data feed delay.

Casino games: All casino games on q7899 use certified Random Number Generators ("RNG") audited by independent testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player ("RTP") percentage for each game is disclosed within the game information panel. q7899 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the certified RNG.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. q7899 reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on q7899 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Money laundering: Using q7899 to launder funds derived from any illegal activity. q7899 is required to report suspected money laundering to the relevant authorities.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the q7899 Platform, including but not limited to the q7899 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of q7899 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q7899 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the q7899 Platform without prior written consent.
• Use the q7899 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context or in a way that implies endorsement by q7899.
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of the Platform for any purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or algorithm forming part of the q7899 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of q7899 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q7899 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the q7899 Platform, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Any technical failure, data loss, or service interruption affecting your ability to place bets or access your account.
• Any decision you make based on information published on the q7899 Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional material.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• The outcome of any game or betting event, which is subject to chance and is not within the control of q7899 beyond the certified RNG and published odds.

Where q7899 is found liable for any loss under applicable law, its total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your q7899 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit q7899's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data

q7899 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on q7899, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

q7899 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, fraud prevention, and the delivery of a personalised gaming experience. q7899 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data q7899 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to q7899's legal retention obligations. 11 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination

q7899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• q7899 is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is detected on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC and AML verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, including fraud or prohibited conduct, q7899 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as compensation for losses or administrative costs incurred by q7899 as a result of the breach.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the q7899 support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two business days.

13 Amendments to Terms

q7899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, q7899 will notify registered account holders via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case the change will take effect immediately upon publication.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly stated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the q7899 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using q7899 and request account closure before the effective date of the change. Requests for account closure received after an amendment takes effect will be processed but you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms for the period between the effective date and the date of your closure request.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q7899 holds its international gaming license.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of a dispute between you and q7899, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Contact the q7899 support team via live chat or at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. The team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request escalation to the q7899 compliance team in writing. The compliance team will conduct an independent review and respond within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: If the matter remains unresolved following Steps 1 and 2, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
